Bill Otway, a 7-time Master CFI, has been granted Master Instructor Emeritus (MIE) status in recognition of his many years of commitment to quality aviation education as an accredited Master.  Bill retired as the chief flight instructor with Wright Flyers Aviation ( www.WrightFlyers.com ), a Part 141 Cessna Pilot Center at San Antonio International Airport (SAT).
